Shane Ryan

Has been involved in the engineering & management of some of the countries most prestigious commercial and residential projects. Originally a Civil Engineer qualified from UCD. Shane has since progressed into the realm of project management for Main Contractors and client side representative.

Shane is currently acting as the head of Development and Construction Department here at Riain Developments

Margaret Ryan

Has had a very successful thus far in the consulting engineering and project management world. A qualified structural engineer from the prestigious UCD structural engineering with architecture course. Margaret is well versed in design development, planning, engineering and project management disciplines.

Margaret is currently acting as the head of the Planning, Design and Project management Department here at Riain Developments.
