Shane and Margaret are the founding members of Riain Developments. Both have been heavily involved in the Engineering, construction and project management industry in Ireland, and between them have been involved in adding to the growing skyline whilst on some of the countries most prestigious project.

The vision of the company is to bridge the gap between the multitude of layers that are now becoming an industry standard. Riain Developments aims to go back to basics and to provide a single point of contact to provide an array of services such as Project Management, Engineering & Development services and all that goes with it.

This is to provide clarity to clients as to who will be managing the whole process on their behalf, and to avoid confusion over “grey” areas that are so often the case in the scope of works within contracts.
